QA Procedures

Evaluation and review of the teaching and learning process, including student assessments, is carried out by a quality assurance team formed based on the Rector Regulation of the Yogyakarta State University Number 41/2019 concerning the UNY Internal Quality Assurance System which is carried out every semester. The mechanism is, the auditor checks the completeness of the learning documents and the contents of the lecture minutes based on the question guidelines from the UNY Quality Assurance and Educational Development Institute (LPMPP).

ICEBESS & ACOMC 2021: RESTORE EDUCATION AND THE ECONOMY FROM COVID-19 COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY

The Faculty of Economics of UNY held the International Conference on Ethics of Business, Economics, and Social Science (ICEBESS) and at the same time the Annual Conference on Management Challenges (ACoMC) for two days, 15-16 October 2021. These two seminars presented six international speakers from 3 different continents, namely Debra S. Lee (Vanderbilt University, United States), Prof. Dr. Ruzita Jusoh (University of Malaya, Malaysia), and Dr. Moon Moon Hussain (B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, India) at the first session in the morning.

FIELD ASSESSMENT D4 ACCOUNTING FE UNY VIRTUALLY

The Faculty of Economics (FE) of UNY once again received a field assessment visit from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). The D4 Accounting Study Program, which graduated from an Applied Bachelor in Accounting, received a virtual visit from two assessors from BAN-PT, namely Dr. Endang Sri Andayani, S.E., M.Sc., Ak.

Smoking is a form of addiction that some Indonesians suffer from. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health, in 2018 every smoker in Indonesia consumed an average of 12.3 cigarettes per day. In addition to addiction, the World Health Organization (WHO) states that millions of smokers also have the habit of disposing of cigarette butts carelessly. This is of course dangerous for the environment. This prompted a group of UNY students to innovate in controlling and utilizing cigarette butts that were disposed of carelessly.
